Chapter 393 | Reward of silence and going to the house of Allah on foot

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَیُّوبَ بْنِ نُوحٍ عَنِ الرَّبِیعِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ السُّلَمِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَا عُبِدَ اللَّهُ بِشَیْ ءٍ مِثْلِ الصَّمْتِ وَ الْمَشْیِ إِلَی بَیْتِ اللَّهِ.

1. My father said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ayoob’ b. Nuh from al-Rabee’ b. Muhammad al-Sulami from Abi Abdillah who said: “There is nothing among the worship of Allah better than silence and going to the house of Allah walking.”
