The Rewards & Punishments of Deeds · Hadith 683 (#Ḥadīth #1)

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنْ یَحْیَی بْنِ بَشِیرٍ عَنِ الْمَسْعُودِیِّ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ع مَنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَیْهِ وَ أُمِرَتْ جَوَارِحُهُ أَنْ تَسْتُرَ عَلَیْهِ وَ بِقَاعُ الْأَرْضِ أَنْ تَکْتُمَ عَلَیْهِ وَ أُنْسِیَتِ الْحَفَظَهُ مَا کَانَتْ تَکْتُبُ عَلَیْهِ.

1. Amirul Momineen said, “Allah will forgive one who repents to Him. The parts of his body and the earth will be ordered to hide his sins. The angels who note down the deeds of a person will be made to forget the sins.”
