Chapter 42 | Reward of washing one’s head with Marshmallow (Khatmi)
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنْ أَبِی أَیُّوبَ الْمَدَائِنِیِّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی عَمِیرَهَ عَنْ سُفْیَانَ بْنِ الشمط [السِّمْطِ] عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: غَسْلُ الرَّأْسِ بِالْخِطْمِیِّ یَنْفِی الْفَقْرَ وَ یَزِیدُ فِی الرِّزْقِ وَ قَالَ هُوَ نشر [نُشْرَهٌ].
2. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan al-Saffar from Muhammad b. Isa from Abi Ayoob’ al-Madaini from Ibn Abi ’Umayra from Sufyan b. al-Shamt [al-Samt] from Abi Abdillah who said: “It is a protection.”
