Chapter 44 | Reward of dyeing one’s hair

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُوسَی قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ع یَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَنِ اطَّلَی وَ اخْتَضَبَ بِالْحِنَّاءِ آمَنَهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ ثَلَاثِ خِصَالٍ الْجُذَامِ وَ الْبَرَصِ وَ الْآکِلَهِ إِلَی طَلْیَهٍ مِثْلِهَا.

6. It is narrated from Imam Musa Kadhim that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “One who applies Noorah and dyes his body with henna Allah would keep him away from three things till he applies them again. Those three things are diseases like leprosy, leucoderma and scabies.”
