Chapter 9 | Punishment of enmity with Amirul Momineen and denying or doubting his Wilayat

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ یَحْیَی الْعَطَّارُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ عُقْبَهَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِیدِ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع إِنَّ لَنَا جَاراً یَنْتَهِکُ الْمَحَارِمَ کُلَّهَا حَتَّی إِنَّهُ لَیَدَعُ الصَّلَاهَ فَضْلًا فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ أَعْظَمَ ذَلِکَ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَ لَا أُخْبِرُکَ بِمَنْ هُوَ شَرٌّ مِنْهُ قُلْتُ بَلَی قَالَ النَّاصِبُ لَنَا شَرٌّ مِنْهُ.

23. My father said: it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Yahya al-’Attar from Ahmad b. Muhammad from Ibn Fadhal from Ali b. ’Uqba from ’Amru b. Aban from Abdul-Hameed who said: “One who is inimical to us is worse than that.”
