حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی عَمِیرَهَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِی حَمْزَهَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع اسْتَأْصِلْ شَعْرَکَ تَقِلَّ دَوَابُّهُ وَ دَرَنُهُ وَ وَسَخُهُ وَ تَغْلُظْ رَقَبَتُکَ وَ یَجْلُو بَصَرَکَ.

1. The narrator says that Imam Ja’far Sadiq said to him, “Cut your hair so that dandruff and lice gets reduced. Cutting hair broadens one’s neck and improves eyesight.”
