Chapter 56 | Punishment of staying away from a believer
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ الْکُوفِیِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَیُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ کَانَ بَیْنَهُ وَ بَیْنَ مُؤْمِنٍ حِجَابٌ ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ بَیْنَهُ وَ بَیْنَ الْجَنَّهِ سَبْعِینَ أَلْفَ سُورٍ مَسِیرَهُ أَلْفِ عَامٍ مَا بَیْنَ السُّورِ إِلَی السُّورِ.
1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq said, “One who keeps away from a believer, the Almighty Allah will veil Paradise from him with seventy thousand walls, each at a distance of a thousand years from one another.”
