Chapter 50 | Reward of trimming one’s nails and moustache
وَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَنْ قَلَّمَ أَظْفَارَهُ وَ قَصَّ شَارِبَهُ فِی کُلِّ جُمُعَهٍ- ثُمَّ قَالَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ بِاللَّهِ وَ عَلَی مِلَّهِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص أُعْطِیَ بِکُلِّ قُلَامَهٍ عِتْقَ رَقَبَهٍ مِنْ وُلْدِ إِسْمَاعِیلَ.
6. Imam Ja’far Sadiq says, “One who recites Bismillaahi wa billaahi wa a’laa millaati rasoolillaah while trimming nails and moustache on Friday would get the reward of freeing a slave from the progeny of Ismail for each hair and nail trimmed.”
