119 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ عَنْ عَلِيٍ a.sُ أِنَّهُ قالَ:لَيْسَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ (يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمنوا) إِلّا وَهِىَّ فِي التَوراةِ (يا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ) وَفِي خَبَرٍ آخَرَ(يا أَيُّهَا المَساكِينُ).
31-119 According to the same documentation, Ali said, “Whereever we read ‘O Those who have believed!’ in the Qur’an, we can similarly read the same in the Bible as ‘O people!’” In another tradition we read, ‘O poor people!’
