Chapter 1 | Traditions about Ar-Ridha

127 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ عَنْ عَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِي طالِب عَلَيْهِالسَّلامُ قالَ: كُلُوا خَلَّ الخَمْرِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَقْتُلُ الدَّيدانَ في البَطنِ، وَقالَ: كُلوا خَلَّ الخَمْرِ ما انفَسَدَ، وَلا تَأكُلوا ما أفسَد تُمُوهُ.

31-127 According to the same documentation, Ali ibn Abi Talib said, “You can drink wine that has changed into vinegar, since that will destroy the worms in your stomach.” He also said, “You can drink fermented vinegar that is no longer intoxicating. Do not drink the grape juice which you have made intoxicating.”
