The Source of Traditions on Imam al-Riḍā (Vol 2) · Hadith 173 (#Ḥadīth #173)

173 - وَبِهذَا الإِسناد عَنْ عَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِي طالِب عَلَيْهِالسَّلامُ قالَ: أَنَّهُ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: مَن أَفتَى النَّاس بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ لَعنَتهُ مَلائِكَةُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرْضِ.

31-173 According to the same documentation, it is narrated that Ali ibn Abi Talib quoted on the authority of God’s Prophet (S), “The angels in the heavens and the Earth will damn anyone who makes a decree for the people without having knowledge.”
