279 - حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّد بْنِ عمر الحافِظُ قالَ: حَدَّثَنا الحَسَنبْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّه الَتمِيمي قالَ: حَدَّثَني أَبي قالَ: حَدَّثَني سَيِّدي عَلِىِّ بْنِ مُوسَى الرِّضا، عَنْ أَبيهِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَر، عَنْ أَبِيهِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِىٍّ، عَنْ أَبيهِ عَلِىِّ بْنِ الحُسَيْن، عَنْ أَبيهِ الحُسَيْن، عَنْ فاطِمَةَ بِنْت رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلاة وَالسَّلامُ قالَ لِعَلِيِ a.sُ: مَن كُنْتُ وَلِيَّهُ فَعَلِىٌّ وَلِيُهُ، وَمن كُنْتُ إِمامَهُ فَعَلِىٌّ إِمامُهُ.
31-279 Muhammad ibn Umar al-Hafiz narrated that Al-Hassan ibn Abdullah al-Tamimi quoted on the authority of his father, on the authority of his Master Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha’ , on the authority of his father Musa ibn Ja’far , on the authority of his father Ja’far ibn Muhammad , on the authority of his father Muhammad ibn Ali , on the authority of his father Ali ibn Al-Husayn , on the authority of his father Al-Husayn , on the authority of (the Blessed Lady) Fatima - the daughter of God’s Prophet (S) that the Prophet - May Peace and Blessings be upon him - said the following about Ali , “Whoever I am the Master of, Ali is his Master of. Whoever I am the Divine Leader of, Ali is the Divine Leader of.”
