The Source of Traditions on Imam al-Riḍā (Vol 2) · Hadith 323 (#Ḥadīth #323)

323 - وَبِإِسْنادِهِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِوَآلِهِ: حسنوا الْقُرْآنِ بأصواتكم فَإِنَّ الصَّوْت الحَسَن يَزِيد الْقُرْآنِ حسنا وَقرأ وَاللَّه يَزِيدُ فِي الْخَلْقِ ما يَشاءُ.

31-323 According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Recite the Qur’an in a beautiful tone as this will add to the goodness of the Qur’an for the one who hears it.” Then the Prophet (S) recited the following verse, ‘…He adds to Creation as He pleases: for God has power over all things.’”
