26 - حَدَّثَنا أَحْمَدِ بْنِ زِيادِ بْنِ جَعْفَر الْهَمَذانيّ رَحْمَةُاللَّه قالَ: حَدَّثَنا عَلِىِّ بْنِ إِبراهِيمِ بْنِعَنْ أَبِيهِ قالَ حَدَّثَني مُحولِ السَجِستانِي قالَ لَمَّا وَرَدَ الْبَرِيدُ بِإِشْخَاصِ الرِّضَا a.sُ إِلَى خُرَاسَانَ كُنْتُ أَنَا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَدَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ لِيُوَدِّعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِفَوَدَّعَهُ مِرَاراً كُلَّ ذَلِكَ يَرْجِعُ إِلَى الْقَبْرِ وَيَعْلُو صَوْتُهُ بِالْبُكَاءِ وَالنَّحِيبِ فَتَقَدَّمْتُ إِلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَرَدَّ السَّلامَ وَهَنَّأْتُهُ فَقَالَ زُرْنِي فَإِنِّي أَخْرُجُ مِنْ جِوَارِ جَدِّي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ فَأَمُوتُ فِي غُرْبَةٍ وَأُدْفَنُ فِي جَنْبِ هَارُونَ قَالَ فَخَرَجْتُ مُتَّبِعاً لِطَرِيقِهِ حَتَّى مَاتَ بِطُوسَ وَدُفِنَ إِلَى جَنْبِ هَارُونَ.

47-26 Ahmad ibn Ziyad ibn Ja’far al-Hamadani - may God have Mercy upon him - narrated that Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Hashem quoted on the authority of his father, on the authority of Al-Mokhawal As-Sejestani, “When the agent to take Ar-Ridha’ to Khorasan arrived (in Medina), I was in Medina. The Imam entered the mosque to say farewell to God’s Prophet (S). Ar-Ridha’ said farewell several times. Each time he asked for permission to leave, took a few steps back, but returned to the shrine and the sound of his crying could be heard. I went to him and greeted him. Ar-Ridha’ greeted me back. I congratulated him. He said, “Leave me alone. I will be leaving my grandfather and die in loneliness. I will be buried beside Harun.” I followed Ar-Ridha’ all the way until he reached Khorasan. He died in Toos and was buried beside Harun.”
