The Sufficient (Vol 1) · Hadith 1115 (#Ḥadīth #35)

35ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهَمَذَانِيِّ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ الله فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى وَنَضَعُ الْمَوازِينَ الْقِسْطَ لِيَوْمِ الْقِيامَةِ قَالَ الانْبِيَاءُ وَالاوْصِيَاءُ (عَلَيْهم السَّلام )

35. A number of our people has narrated Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ibrahim al-Hamadani in a marfu‘ manner from abu ‘Abdallah about the words of Allah, the Most High. “We shall set up the balance to maintain proper justice on the Day of Judgment. . .” (21:47) The Imam said, “Balances are the prophets and the executors of their wills.”
