Chapter 111 | The Birth of The Holy Prophet and His Demise

31. Ali has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from Ibrahim ibn Muhammad al-Ash‘ari from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurara from Abu ‘Abdallah who has said the following: “When Abu Talib passed away, Jibrail came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, ‘O Muhammad, migrate from Mecca. There is no one to help protect you.’ Quraysh revolted against the Holy Prophet ﷺ and came out of Mecca running away until he reached one of the mountains of Mecca alled al-Hajun. He went there.”
