Chapter 14 | Chapter On Will Power (IRADAH) it is of the Attributes of Action (SIFAT al-FI‘L) and the Rest of the Attributes of Action
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله قَالَ خَلَقَ الله الْمَشِيئَةَ بِنَفْسِهَا ثُمَّ خَلَقَ الاشْيَاءَ بِالْمَشِيئَةِ.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Umar ibn ’Udhaynah from abu ‘Abdallah who has said the following. “Allah created His Will by Will itself. Then, He created all things by His Will.”
