Chapter 4 | The issue that Allah’s holding people accountable remains unjustified without the Imam

1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ الرَّقِّيِّ عَنِ الْعَبْدِ الصَّالِحِ قَالَ إِنَّ الْحُجَّةَ لا تَقُومُ لله عَلَى خَلْقِهِ إِلا بِإِمَامٍ حَتَّى يُعْرَفَ.

1. Muhammad b. Yahya al-‘Attar narrated from Ahmad b. Muhammad b.‘Isa from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from al-Hassan b. Mahbub from Dawud al-Riqqi from the Righteous servant [al-Kadhim] who said: “Allah’s holding people accountable remains unjustified without the Imam who would teach people about Him.”
