The Sufficient (Vol 1) · Hadith 912 (#Ḥadīth #27)

27ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله قَالَ يَقُومُ الْقَائِمُ وَلَيْسَ لاحَدٍ فِي عُنُقِهِ عَهْدٌ وَلا عَقْدٌ وَلا بَيْعَةٌ.

27. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim from abu ‘Abdallah who has said the following. “Al-Qa’im (the one who will rise with Divine Authority) will rise and he will not be obliged to any one under any covenant, agreement or oath of allegiance.”
