Chapter 119 | Preaching Justice without Practice

3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ النَّاسِ حَسْرَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ وَصَفَ عَدْلاً ثُمَّ خَالَفَهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim from Ibn Abi Ya’fur from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “Of the people who, on the Day of Judgment, will regret the most is one who preaches justice but himself does not yield to justice.”
