Chapter 120 | Disputation, Quarrels and Animosity to Men

2ـ وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) ثَلاثٌ مَنْ لَقِيَ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِهِنَّ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أَيِّ بَابٍ شَاءَ مَنْ حَسُنَ خُلُقُهُ وَخَشِيَ الله فِي الْمَغِيبِ وَالْمَحْضَرِ وَتَرَكَ الْمِرَاءَ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُحِقّاً.

Through the same chain of narrators he has narrated the following: “The Holy Prophet has said, ‘Whoever will find himself in the presence of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, with three things will enter paradise through whichever gate he will like: one’s proper moral discipline, one’s worries and concern about and fear of Allah in secret and in public and refraining from disputations even if one is the rightful party.’”
