Chapter 124 | Arrogance
10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn Bukayr from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: ‘‘In hell there is a valley for the arrogant people and it is called ‘Saqar’. It complained to Allah of excessive heat and asked Him to allow it to breathe. When it took a breath, it burnt (all of) hell.”
