The Sufficient (Vol 2) · Hadith 1126 (#Ḥadīth #2)

2ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ أَبِي عَامِرٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ مَنْ دَخَلَهُ الْعُجْبُ هَلَكَ.

2. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Sa’id ibn Janah from his brother abu ‘Amir from a man from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “Whoever has a feeling of self-importance is destroyed.”
