The Sufficient (Vol 2) · Hadith 1133 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ دُرُسْتَ بْنِ أَبِي مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) وَهِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ رَأْسُ كُلِّ خَطِيئَةٍ حُبُّ الدُّنْيَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Drust ibn abu Mansur from a man from Abu ‘Abdillah and Hisham from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah has said, ‘The head of all sins is love of this world.’”
