The Sufficient (Vol 2) · Hadith 1326 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ أَبِي حَفْصٍ الأعْشَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ سَعَى فِي حَاجَةٍ لأخِيهِ فَلَمْ يَنْصَحْهُ فَقَدْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al- Hassan ibn Ali ibn al-Nu’man from abu Hafs al-‘A’sha’ who has said the following: “I heard Abu ‘Abdillah saying, ‘The Messenger of Allah has said, “Whoever works to help his brother (in belief), but is not sincere, has breached his trust with Allah and the Messenger of Allah.’”
