Chapter 160 | Publicity of Confidentialities

9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ مَنْ أَذَاعَ عَلَيْنَا شَيْئاً مِنْ أَمْرِنَا فَهُوَ كَمَنْ قَتَلَنَا عَمْداً وَلَمْ يَقْتُلْنَا خَطَأً.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Husayn ibn ‘Uthman from those who reported to him from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah has said, ‘Whoever publicizes our (confidential) cause is like one who murders us on purpose, and not by mistake.’”
