Chapter 188 | Confessing Sins and Regret for it

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu‘Umayr from Ali al- Ahmasi from abu Ja’far who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far has said, ‘By Allah no one escapes sins except those who confess it.’ The narrator has said that abu Ja’far then said, ‘Repenting is enough proof of one’s being regretful.’”
