Chapter 196 | Quickness of Punishment for Sins

7ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُوسَى الْوَرَّاقِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ الأحْمَسِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَا يَزَالُ الْهَمُّ وَالْغَمُّ بِالْمُؤْمِنِ حَتَّى مَا يَدَعُ لَهُ ذَنْباً.

7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-‘Abbas ibn Musa al-Warraq from Ali al-Ahmasi from a man from abu Ja’far who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Anxiety and sadness continue to trouble a believer until no sin is left in him.’”
