Chapter 2 | The Excellence of the Carriers of the Holy Quran
8ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ رُشَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فَهُوَ غَنِيٌّ وَلا فَقْرَ بَعْدَهُ وَإِلا مَا بِهِ غِنًى.
8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Sulayman ibn Rashid from his father from Mu’awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah once said to me, ‘If anyone reads the Holy Quran, he is wealthy and there is no poverty thereafter, otherwise, he will never be wealthy.’”
