The Sufficient (Vol 2) · Hadith 311 (#Ḥadīth #16)

16ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ الْخَثْعَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) أَفَاضِلُكُمْ أَحْسَنُكُمْ أَخْلاقاً الْمُوَطَّئُونَ أَكْنَافاً الَّذِينَ يَأْلَفُونَ وَيُؤْلَفُونَ وَتُوَطَّأُ رِحَالُهُمْ.

16. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Habib al- Khath’ami from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘The meritorious ones among you are those who possess excellent moral behavior, who are easy to associate with, associate others with ease and comfort others.’”
