Chapter 13 | The Fundamentals of Islam

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ’Isa from al-Husayn ibn Sa’id from al-‘Arzami from his father from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah has said, ‘The tripod of Islam consists of prayer, al-Zakat (charity) and al-Wilayah. No one of these can be considered correct without the other two.”
