Chapter 70 | Concern for the Affairs of the Muslims, Giving Them Good Advice and to Benefit Them

11. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Yahya ibn al- Mubarak from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from a man from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “About the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy: ‘. . . He has blessed me no matter where I dwell, . . .’ (19:31) the Imam said, ‘“Blessed” means, the most beneficial to people.’”
