Chapter 15 | Women Performing Salah (Prayer) in Front of Men or Men Performing Salah (Prayer) With Women in Front (This chapter is best explained through the fatwas)
2ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُصَلِّي وَالْمَرْأَةُ بِحِذَاهُ يَمْنَةً أَوْ يَسْرَةً قَالَ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا كَانَتْ لاَ تُصَلِّي.

Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from ‘Abd al- Rahman ibn abu ‘Abd Allah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about a man who performs Salah (prayer) when a woman is parallel with him on the right or left. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful if she is not performing Salah (prayer)”’
