Chapter 18 | Commencement of Adhan, Iqamah, and the Excellence of Reading them
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ التَّثْوِيبِ فِي الأذَانِ وَالإِقَامَةِ فَقَالَ مَا نَعْرِفُهُ.
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from Mu‘awiyah ibn Wahab who said: “I once asked abu ‘Abdillah about tathweeb in the Adhan and ‘Iqamah. He (the Imam) replied, ‘It is unknown to us.”’
