The Sufficient (Vol 3) · Hadith 1135 (#Ḥadīth #15)

15ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ مَنْ سَهَا فِي الأذَانِ فَقَدَّمَ أَوْ أَخَّرَ عَادَ عَلَى الأوَّلِ الَّذِي أَخَّرَهُ حَتَّى يَمْضِيَ عَلَى آخِرِهِ.

15. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Hammad from Hariz from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If one by mistake, mixes up Adhan he repeats to correct the mix up all the way to the end.’”
