The Sufficient (Vol 3) · Hadith 1203 (#Ḥadīth #2)

2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) مَا يُجْزِئُ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الأخِيرَتَيْنِ قَالَ أَنْ تَقُولَ سُبْحَانَ الله وَالْحَمْدُ لله وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ الله وَالله أَكْبَرُ وَتُكَبِّرُ وَتَرْكَعُ.

2. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz from Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked abu Ja‘far , about what is a sufficient reading in the last two Rak‘at.
