Chapter 31 | Al-Qunut in Obligatory and Optional Salah (prayer)

4ـ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) اقْنُتْ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَرِيضَةٍ أَوْ نَافِلَةٍ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ.

4. Ali ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa has narrated from Yunus ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman from Muhammad ibn Fudayl from al-Harith ibn al- Mughirah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Say Qunut (supplication after recitation in second Rak‘at) before Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees) in every two Rak‘at in obligatory Salah (prayer) or optional ones’”
