Chapter 31 | Al-Qunut in Obligatory and Optional Salah (prayer)

7ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ الْقُنُوتُ فِي كُلِّ صَلاَةٍ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ قَبْلَ الرُّكُوعِ.

7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘There is Qunut (supplication after recitation in second Rak‘at) in every Salah (prayer) in the second Rak‘at before Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees).”’
