13. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam) , about a man who wraps himself up in one piece of cloth. He (the Imam) said, ‘He does not wrap himself up in one piece of cloth, but if he uses it as an outer garment that covers his shoulders, it is not harmful.’”
