Chapter 67 | Sprucing up on Fridays

5. Ali has narrated from his brother from ’Isma‘il ibn ‘Abd al-Khaliq from Muhammad ibn Talhah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Trimming one’s mustache, fingernails and applying al- Khatmi (officinal or marshmallow) to one’s head on Friday removes one’s poverty and increases one’s sustenance.’”
