Chapter 88 | Salah (Prayer) of Both ‘Id and the Sermon for it
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) أَنْ يُخْرَجَ السِّلاَحُ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ عَدُوٌّ حَاضِرٌ.
6. Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Ja‘far has narrated from his father , who has said that the Messenger of Allah prohibited taking out arms on both days of ‘Id unless enemy was present.’”
