Chapter 95 | Salah (prayer) for one’s Needs

9ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَكَ حَاجَةٌ فَتَوَضَّأْ وَصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ احْمَدِ الله وَأَثْنِ عَلَيْهِ وَاذْكُرْ مِنَ الآيَةِ ثُمَّ ادْعُ تُجَبْ.

9. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban from al-Harith ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If you need something, take Wudu’, perform two Rak‘at Salah (prayer) and then praise Allah, speak of His greatness and read of verses (of Quran), then ask for your needs, your prayer will be answered.’”
