The Sufficient (Vol 3) · Hadith 2011 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ بَاعَ أَبِي أَرْضاً مِنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بِمَالٍ فَاشْتَرَطَ فِي بَيْعِهِ أَنْ يُزَكِّيَ هَذَا الْمَالَ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ لِسِتِّ سِنِينَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah , has said, ‘My father purchased a piece of land from Sulayman ibn ‘Abd al-Malik for a certain amount with a condition that he (Sulayman) will pay its Zakat for six years.’”
