Chapter 42 | Payment of Zakat from Properties not Subject to Zakat
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْعَمْرَكِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُعْطِي عَنْ زَكَاتِهِ مِنَ الدَّرَاهِمِ دَنَانِيرَ وَعَنِ الدَّنَانِيرِ دَرَاهِمَ بِالْقِيمَةِ أَ يَحِلُّ ذَلِكَ قَالَ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ.
2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy ibn Ali from ibn Ja‘far who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan , about a man who pays Zakat due on dirham with dinar and Zakat which is due on dinar with dirham. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful.’”
