Chapter 39 | Dogs Touching Clothes, Body and So On
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ هَلْ يَحِلُّ أَنْ يَمَسَّ الثَّعْلَبَ وَالأرْنَبَ أَوْ شَيْئاً مِنَ السِّبَاعِ حَيّاً أَوْ مَيِّتاً قَالَ لاَ يَضُرُّهُ وَلَكِنْ يَغْسِلُ يَدَهُ.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , if it is permissible to touch a fox, jackal or such other beasts dead or alive. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful but he must wash his hand.’”
