2. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr and Hammad from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘A woman experiencing Hayd (menses) can take Wudu’ when she wants to eat, and when it is time for Salah (prayer) take Wudu’, face the direction of Ka’bah say Tahlil, (no one deserves worship except Allah). Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) and recite from al-Quran and speak of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious.’”
