The Sufficient (Vol 3) · Hadith 585 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1ـ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَقْطِينٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الْعَبْدَ الصَّالِحَ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَمُوتُ وَوَلَدُهَا فِي بَطْنِهَا قَالَ يُشَقُّ بَطْنُهَا وَيُخْرَجُ وَلَدُهَا.

1. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad from Sama‘ah from Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah from Ali ibn Yaqtin who has said the f oho wing: “I once asked the virtuous servant of Allah about the case of a woman who dies with her child in her womb. He (the Imam) , said, ‘Her belly is opened to remove her child.’”
