Chapter 9 | Mixing of Rain Water with Urine, with Water Used for Taking Ghusl (bath) Because of Carnal Relations, Touching of One’s Cloth with Water Used for Washing Because of Urine
8ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) أَغْتَسِلُ فِي مُغْتَسَلٍ يُبَالُ فِيهِ وَيُغْتَسَلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ فَيَقَعُ فِي الإِنَاءِ مَاءٌ يَنْزُو مِنَ الأرْضِ فَقَالَ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ.
8. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad, from af-Washsha’, from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman, from ‘Umar ibn Yazid who has said the foiiowing: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , ‘I may take Ghusl (bath) in a place which is used for taking Ghusl (bath) due to sexual matters, and urination and water-drops sprinkle from the ground into the water container.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful.’”
