Chapter 44 | The Reward for Lifting up the Coffin of a Dead Body
2ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعْدَانَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ مَنْ أَخَذَ بِقَائِمَةِ السَّرِيرِ غَفَرَ الله لَهُ خَمْساً وَعِشْرِينَ كَبِيرَةً وَإِذَا رَبَّعَ خَرَجَ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ.

AI-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ishaq from Sa‘dan ibn Muslim from Sulayman ibn Khafid from a man who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that if one holds the corner of the coffin, Allah forgives his twenty- five major sins; and if he lifts up all four corners (at different times) he comes out of all sins.”
