The Sufficient (Vol 3) · Hadith 720 (#Ḥadīth #6)

6ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ قَالَ تَقُولُ اللهمَّ أَخْزِ عَبْدَكَ فِي عِبَادِكَ وَبِلاَدِكَ اللهمَّ أَصْلِهِ نَارَكَ وَأَذِقْهُ أَشَدَّ عَذَابِكَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يُعَادِي أَوْلِيَاءَكَ وَيُوَالِي أَعْدَاءَكَ وَيُبْغِضُ أَهْلَ بَيْتِ نَبِيِّكَ (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه).

6. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following: “He (the Imam) , has said, say, ‘O Lord, humiliate a servant who is one of Your servants in Your land. O Lord, make him feel the heat of Your fire. O Lord, make him suffer the most severe of suffering from Your creation because, he was an enemy of Your friends, he loved Your enemies and hated the family of Your Holy prophet.’”
